Anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating non-metal light-colored conductive mica powder
Conductive mica powder is a non-metallic light-colored conductive powder made of mica powder as a core body and coated with a conductive layer of Sb2O5 doped SnO2 by chemical coprecipitation. It is widely used in anti-static floor coatings and oil tank inner walls. Conduct static anti-corrosion coatings, anti-static terrazzo and other light-colored anti-static products.
Exterior: Light gray powder
Characteristics
Flaky powder, permanent conductivity
Compared with metal-based conductive powder, the specific gravity is small
Light color, can be used for light color and color anti-static products

Precautions
1.When mixing, first add other fillers, mix and grind, then add conductive powder and stir;
For use in oil-based resin systems, to improve the dispersibility, surface modification can be carried out with a titanate coupling agent (for example, a JSC coupling agent is used, and a coupling agent of 5% by weight of the powder is diluted with a solvent. Add conductive powder, stir, filter and dry;
2. Cannot be ball milled or sanded, can be ground using a three-roll mill, and the grinding fineness must be greater than 60 um.
